We'll do our best to get your order to you in the fastest and most cost effective manner possible. We use Toll New Zealand to ship all standard orders and those extra bulky items .The delivery time frame varies from product to product and place of destination.
Freight will be calculated on your order as you proceed through the checkout and enter your shipping details.
Return & Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves on the beer we make, so if you have any worries about your beer purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please remember that trying any new beer means you may not like the taste. It's all part of the experience. Just pop off the top of another SUP Brewery bottle and try a different style. You'll be sure to find one you like.
SUP Brewery follows the highest standards of food safety, but if you do feel that the beer is off, then get in touch with our Master Brewer right away at mark@SUPBrewery.co.nz. We will sort out the problem as quickly and easily as possible.
SUP Brewery's satisfaction guarantee lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, sorry. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or check with your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 87 Oxford Street, Masterton 5810.
To return your product, please ship your product to: 87 Oxford Street, Masterton 5810.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
